The primary reason for my taking the distinguished course of RTF 305 is that I am required to under the major of RTF. OF COURSE, this isn't the singular reason, others being the importance of media literacy, and the ability to "take a step back," in a sense, to observe the ebb and flow of changing media and forms of intercommunication (which are evolving rapidly in this day and age), to recognize the trends and workings within this system, rather than simply being a blind participant. As I am concurrently taking RHE something-or-other, Intro to Visual Rhetoric, which also deals with media literacy, I hope that the content of RTF 305 will aid the development of my ideas in that course, as well (and the other way around, naturally. Reciprocity is the name of the game, here!)
And, I'm not quite sure if this counts as a blog, but it's definitely one of my favorite sites!
